It’s Taurus time. In the short term the Sun, Ceres, Venus and Uranus invest transit time in Taurus. How tantalizing! A good bit of this passes quickly. Coming off her current conjunction with Uranus, tomorrow Venus enters Gemini and in but three days, Uranus returns to Gemini where he intends to stick around for seven years or so... or at least that’s the declared plan.
Still, in the moment, Venus and Uranus in Taurus seek to reset desperate economic sensibilities. Is it all about money? Where will the funding come from for that required to develop all ones latent, creative attributes? On the collective scale, will actions be taken that finally stabilize oil prices and the economy? Meanwhile, the Sun only recently engaged his Taurus annual sojourn. Notably, the Sun advances to square Pluto in Aquarius in two days. Here considerations of fairness, ethics, avarice and downright plutocratic behavior, not in a good way, receive solar illumination and declarations of disposition. This is akin to highlighting profound text in your favorite astrological treatise. Be careful not to highlight every word or the significance of what struck you as most poignant becomes unfairly diluted.
The Sun ambles up to conjoin Ceres on 14 May. You might as well add Mercury to that mid-May mix as well and extend the range from 13 to 16 May. There is a heap of consideration rendering to all things economically culminating at this time. This trinity focuses attention on measures that must be immediately installed to halt all the nonsense. Practicality intends to prevail.
Will it?
On the personal level, fight for what makes matters economically right in your word. One of your credit cards ramped up your annual percentage rate without your knowledge? Call and let them know all about it and what this does to your considerations of card use. Before you call, though, know your bottom line. Will you cancel the card if you get a rep who toes the corporate line? Will canceling your card be impactful enough, or must you advocate further?
All this Taurus stuff intended to make the grass grow greener on your side of the fence.
Aries ain’t done, though. Within the past 24 hours and still in play, Mercury conjoins the dwarf planet Salacia. On 26 April, right as the Sun and Pluto form that pernicious quadrature, Mars emulates Mercury and directly engages Salacia via a conjunction. These two personal planet transits set up the impact of Saturn aligning with Salacia on 18 June.
Here’s how it goes: What’s happening now is an inciting incident for more that will happen not only mid-May, but also mid-June. The transits in the moment require extending your attention into the short term future. Reactions occurring next month and beyond, base themselves on any other than conscious choices made in the moment. Conscious choices quickly come into view with the results of the actions taken.
The Salacia transit with Saturn sets up a longer threefold conjunction pattern that repeats on 10 September with Saturn retrograde and then again on 20 February 2027 when Saturn direct finishes the pattern this time around. So how does Neptune’s wife work with Saturn to reset life perspectives? Salacia seeks to establish a perspective in life in which she can follow her passionate desires so she senses that all her attributes focus and come together in the cause of destiny. She requires a nonjudgmental space in which to perform her most personal tasks. She seeks a safe and secure place in which it is more than okay for her to let her desires run free. She must function in an environment she recognizes she participated in creating, and that is of her choosing. Without that there is no option for the expression of free will. She proclaims, in order to be free, her will must be declared, heard, and not disputed. In order for her to implement her will, she must function without restriction.
Between now and next February everyone seeks to create such an environment in life such that passion can be explored without apology or justification. One must feel that personal choice has been implemented and they are conscious of all choices for personal and passionate expression.
This all comes back to the immediate Taurus free range. Advocating for what is fiscally required to do life well contributes to an overall sense of well being and security. The more well being and security can be emotionally sanctioned, the closer a person is to freely implementing all of the gifts granted as a function of this incarnation selected for the betterment and progress of the soul.
Yes, this means, in the short term, that if you ask for sufficient funds to do tasks you have been assigned, you work to enhance your personal evolution. By recognizing that choosing spaces in which to create is a function of this process, you advance several squares ahead on the karmic game board of life. Declaring that you are better functioning remotely, at home, or in a section of room other than what was assigned, such assertive actions increase your perception of inner value.
As Ferdinand the bull realizes while munching on delectable clover in the best fertilized pasture, knowing your inner value is indeed priceless... better it is soulfully fortifying and totally tantalizing!
